Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy

At Luxe Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective (damaged in transit) and non-defective products.

You must initiate your return or exchange request within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Product Condition: Returned items must be in new condition—unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for any items within the 7-day return window, subject to availability.
  • Restocking Fees: There is no restocking fee (zero cost) for returns or exchanges.

3. Return Methods

To return your item, you can select one of the following return methods:

  • In-Store Returns: Bring the item in its original packaging along with proof of purchase to our physical location.
  • Drop-Off Location: Hand over your return package at one of our designated carrier drop-off points.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and verify your returned item, your refund will be processed immediately. All refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 2 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it within the 7-day window once received.
